Holly Robinson Peete Thrilled By John Mayer`s Comments
Actress Holly Robinson Peete is thrilled after learning rocker John Mayer has a crush on her. The TV star was singled out as one of the African-American women Mayer called "gorgeous" in a controversial new Playboy magazine article - and the comment has made her year.
She tells Eonline.com, "I`m levitating. There`s nothing that makes a 45-year-old mother of four feel better when she`s dropping her kids off at school than to get a link on my iPhone that says John Mayer thinks I`m hot."
And her husband, former Detroit Lions quarterback star Rodney Peete, appreciates the comment too.
The actress adds, "I don`t know who is happier, me or my husband. John Mayer is part of the soundtrack of our everyday lives. We always have music playing in the house, and it`s usually dad`s mixes with John Mayer songs. Rodney has like a big giant bromance crush on John Mayer."
